Arriving at this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious ambiance and exclusive amenitiessuch as the Spa & wellness centre and private facilities. the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay and the swimming pool area was pristine. Entertainment was enjoyable and the restaurant exceeded my expectations with delectable dishes and a variety of options.
Although my overall experience was positive, there was a minor issue with the check-in process being a bit slow.
